Kalvi

The whole school, in one place.

Kalvi means education in Tamil. It brings everything a school office juggles into one place: admissions, attendance, fees, exams, report cards, timetables and staff.

A teacher marks attendance in a tap. The office collects a fee and prints the receipt on the spot. At the end of term, report cards for the whole class are ready in minutes instead of a weekend of typing, and leadership sees the whole school on one dashboard.

Questions, answered.

What stage is Kalvi at?

Kalvi is a complete interactive prototype. Every module works end to end on sample data, and we are inviting pilot schools to shape the first deployment.

Does it support CBSE report cards?

Yes. The report card follows the CBSE format, and other curricula can be added for your school.

Does it need a fast internet connection?

No. Kalvi runs in the browser and keeps working offline, which suits campuses with patchy connections.

Can we see it?

Yes. We would love to walk your team through it. Say hello and we will set up a session.

Curious how Kalvi would fit your operation?

We’d be happy to walk you through it: twenty relaxed minutes, your questions, honest answers. We always reply within a day.
