MediFleet
Every second, accounted for.
When an emergency call comes in, three questions decide everything: which ambulance is closest, how fast can it move, and does the hospital know what is coming? MediFleet answers all three — automatically.
The nearest available unit is dispatched in seconds. While the ambulance is on the road, the patient's vitals stream ahead to the receiving hospital, so the emergency team is ready before the doors open. And every case leaves a stamped timeline — call, dispatch, pickup, handover — so response times stop being guesswork.

Fleet ready — three units standing by
Built for
What it does for you.
Nearest-unit dispatch
One tap assigns the closest available ambulance — no radio round-trips, no guessing which unit is free.
Live fleet at a glance
Every ambulance's status — ready, dispatched, on scene, returning — on one screen, updating in real time.
Vitals ahead of arrival
Heart rate, blood pressure, and notes stream from the ambulance to the receiving hospital while the patient is still on the road.
The stamped timeline
Call received, unit dispatched, patient picked up, handover complete — every step timestamped automatically for every case.
Built for the cab
The crew-facing screens are designed for gloves, motion, and urgency — big targets, zero clutter.
Response-time truth
Reports show exactly where minutes are lost — by area, by shift, by hour — so operations can actually improve.
In design preview
MediFleet is currently in design preview. We are inviting pilot partners — ambulance operators and hospitals — to shape the first deployment with us. If minutes matter to your operation, we would love to build this with you.
How it works.
Call comes in
The case is logged with location in seconds.
Nearest unit rolls
Dispatch assigns the closest ready ambulance automatically.
Care travels ahead
Vitals and notes stream to the receiving hospital en route.
Handover, stamped
Arrival and handover close the case with a complete timeline.
Questions, answered.
What stage is MediFleet at?
Design preview: the product design is complete and we are onboarding pilot partners to shape the first production deployment. Pilot partners get founding-customer pricing and direct input into the roadmap.
Will it integrate with our hospital systems?
The design is integration-ready; specific integrations (EMR, bed management, alerting) are scoped per pilot so we build what your workflow actually needs.
Does it need special hardware in the ambulance?
No — the crew app is designed to run on a standard smartphone or tablet mounted in the cab.
How is patient data protected?
Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and records can be exported or deleted per your data-retention policy.
Curious how MediFleet would fit your operation?
We’d be happy to walk you through the live system — twenty relaxed minutes, your questions, honest answers. We always reply within a day.
